Walsall defender Rico Henry has today been named the Football League's 'Young Player of the Month' for September.
The 18-year-old, who recently put pen-to-paper on a new contract, made four eye-catching league appearances during the month and scored the only goal in a 1-0 victory at Scunthorpe.
He also played the full 90 minutes of our Capital One Cup third round tie against reigning Premier League champions Chelsea on 23rd September.
