Walsall striker Tom Bradshaw has spoken to the local press ahead of this weekend's Sky Bet League 1 clash with Chesterfield, and has praised the club's current crop of youngsters, insisting that they have a big part to play in the side.
Speaking via the Express & Star, Tom said; “I think we’ve got a great batch of youngsters at the club who aren’t fazed at all. I’ve seen a lot of people who have got the ability but, maybe, coming into the first team squad has fazed them.
“Rico, Liam and Reece all seem to come in, step up to the mark and put in performances week in, week out.
“And we need them. The gaffer said at the start of the season it’s not just an 18-man squad. Everyone at the club is going to have to play their part if we want to achieve our ambition of promotion.”
