Walsall manager Dean Smith has spoken to the local press ahead of this weekend's Sky Bet League 1 clash with bottom of the table strugglers Blackpool, and has warned against complacency as his side seek a sixth victory in all competitions.
Speaking to the Express & Star, Dean said; “Complacency is not a word we use in the dressing room and I think this group has already shown that they aren’t going to take anything for granted.
“At times this season we have gone into games as underdogs and that will be different at Blackpool. But we aren’t taking them lightly. We have beaten two Championship teams and that gives the squad confidence.
“But I’ve got such an honest group. They know they have to give there all at Blackpool.”
