The Birmingham County Football Association are holding their annual 'Referee Awards' this evening, and have named Saddlers fan Joel Richards as 'Referee of the Year'.
Joel was killed alongside his Uncle Adrian Evans and Grandfather Charles 'Patrick' Evans during a terrorist attack on the Tunisian beach resort of Sousse on 26th June.
Since the attack, which saw thirty-eight people killed, there has been an outpouring of support from football fans around the country, including several beautifully observed moments of silence and rounds of applause, along with a huge field of tributes that was left outside Walsall's Banks's Stadium.
