Following Walsall Football Club's pre-season defeat to AFC Telford United, Saddlers manager Dean Smith spoke to the press and revealed that a potential new signing will be joining the squad for training, and may even appear during the pre-season friendly against Aston Villa.
Speaking to Joseph Masi of the Express & Star, Dean said; "I am looking for a centre-back and I’ve got someone coming in who will train with us and be involved on Saturday. You have to get the right ones in.”
