On Thursday afternoon Walsall Football Club's Youth side travelled North to take on Burnley Under 18s in the latest Football League Youth Alliance (North West) fixture of the season.
The Saddlers arrived at the game on the back of a 2-1 defeat to Rochdale, whilst Burnley played out a 2-2 draw with Wigan Athletic last time around.
Today's match, which was played at Rolls-Royce Leisure in Barnoldswick, ended all-square with both sides grabbing a goal, during what was an entertaining affair.
The Saddlers' goal was scored by high-scoring striker Levi Rowley, the youngster adding to the raft of goals he's already notched so far this campaign.
