On Tuesday afternoon Walsall Football Club's Reserves will play host to Wigan Athletic Reserves in the latest Final Third Development League (West) fixture of the season.
The match, which is due to kick off at 2:00pm at Chasetown's Scholars Ground, will be Walsall's eighth league game of the season with the Saddlers sitting in fourth place, sixteen point off the top of the table. The Saddlers lost 2-0 to Morecambe during their last game.
The Latics, who are top of the table, have won eight, drawn one, and lost just two of their eleven league fixtures. They defeated Port Vale by two-goals-to-one during their last outing.
