On Saturday, 13th June Sir Elton John will be playing a very special gig at Banks's Stadium, and as part of his continued build up to the event has paid tribute to the club for making it to Sunday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy Final.
Speaking to EltonJohn.com, Sir Elton said; "I wanted to take this opportunity to congratulate the Walsall players, coaching staff and directors for reaching the final.
"I wish all of them and the Walsall supporters good luck and great day out at Wembley on Sunday. I’m really looking forward to playing Banks's Stadium in June"
