Young Walsall midfielder Jake Heath has today extended his loan agreement with Rushall Olympic until the end of the season.
19-year-old Heath, who has recently agreed a six-month extension on his Walsall deal, first linked up with the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Premier Division side back in August. and has made several first team appearances for the Pics.
Jake spoke to Saddlers.co.uk about his time at Dales Lane, he said; “As each month has passed, I feel like I’m getting better. I’ve learnt how to deal with the physical side of the game and can get stuck in now.
“I still haven’t scored yet so that’s my next target but as a team we’re looking at the play-offs. We’re nine points off at the moment but if we can put a run together in the New Year, you never know.”
