BUTLER KEEN FOR GOOD HOME FORM TO CONTINUE

Former Walsall captain, two-time 'Player of the Season', and current loan-star Andy Butler has spoken to the club's official website ahead of this weekend's Sky Bet League One clash with Crewe Alexandra, and has discussed his hope that the club continues it's good home form, and makes it a tough place for teams to visit.

Speaking to saddlers.co.uk, Andy, whose loan deal from Sheffield United expires late on Saturday evening, said; “We've had three good results whilst I've been here and we're looking forward to another challenge this weekend. Obviously they had a good result against Coventry last weekend, but as the home side, the impetus is on us to go out there and get all three points.

“We know from our experiences away from home, thinking back to Rochdale and Oldham, that their fans got behind them and made it difficult for us to play. We've got to make the Banks’s a tough place for teams to come to and we have done that recently so we need to make sure we continue to get results in front of our home support."
