Amongst several subjects the manager confirmed that following last month's Spanish scouting trip two Spanish players will arrive at the club's Essington training ground to begin trial periods.
Smith also confirmed that newly contracted defender Andy Taylor has moved closer to the area to continue his Saddlers career.
Finally, Smith also confirmed that a centre forward will be undergoing a medical early next week.
