Walsall were back in Sky Bet League Two action on Saturday afternoon as they made their way to the Nigel Eady County Ground and took on Swindon Town.
The home side started the game brightly and went on to take an early lead as Aaron Drinan was found in space by Stephan Negru, as Walsall struggled to clear their lines.
Walsall levelled the scores ten minutes into the second half when summer signing Tai Sodje grabbed his first league goal of the season from close range.
