Walsall boss Lee Grant has confirmed that he and other club officials will soon sit down with midfielder Jago Godden in order to decide his future at the Pallet-Track Bescot Stadium.Jago, who joined the Saddlers on an 18-month contract from Bedford Town in February, has spent the last several months on loan at fellow Trivela Group-owned club Drogheda United.
Making twenty-nine appearances and scoring two goals, Godden has found many of his minutes coming off the bench during his time with the Drogs, and will no doubt be keen to find out if he has a future in the Black Country.
Grant, who has seen his side go undefeated in the league so far this season, revealed that he, CEO Ben Sadler, and Head of Football Stewart Mairs will sit down with Jago and his representatives in a bid to decide his fate.
Speaking to Express & Star reporter George Bennett, Grant said: "I think it's one where him and all of us as a football club sit down.

"When I say all of us, that's myself, him and his representatives, Stewart, Ben and everybody because it's a full club decision.
"I think it's right that we map out what the next steps look like, but we probably need to get there first, before we start making those calls.
"When we do, we'll sit down as a collective and map out the next steps for him individually."
