Courtney Clarke a Second-Half Sub as Honduras Defeat Jamaica

The midfielder was back in international action on Tuesday morning.
Bescot Banter - Walsall FC NewsWalsall midfielder Courtney Clarke was named on the bench as Jamaica took on Honduras in their latest CONCACAF Nations League - Group A outing of the competition.

Taking place at Independence Park in Kingston, Jamaica early on Tuesday morning, the game was separated by a single goal as Port Vale forward Keyrol Figueroa scored the only goal of the game some fourteen minutes into the first-half.

After coming off the bench to provide a match-winning assist last week, Courtney once again had to remain patient but was ultimately called into action just after the game reached the hour mark when he replaced Leyton Orient's Isaac Hayden.

Despite seeing Honduras reduced to ten men when Dereck Moncada was given his marching orders, the Reggae Boys were unable to take anything from the game as they slipped to the narrowest of defeats.
