Former Walsall loanee Daniel Cox has been released by parent club Derby County following the conclusion of the 2025/26 campaign.Cox, a Wales Under-21 International, joined the Saddlers on a season-long loan in the summer of 2025 but made just seven first-team appearances before being recalled by his parent club the following January.
A brief switch to Wealdstone was followed up by a more successful loan to Solihull Moors before Cox returned to the Rams at the end of the season.
