There are a handful of Saddlers currently out on loan, with players from the academy and first-team looking to impress and potentially force their way into Mat Sadler's first-team plans.
Jenson Kilroy • Alvechurch
Jenson continued his spell between the sticks as the Church welcomed Bury Tpwn to Lye Meadow for a Southern League Premier Division Central clash.
After playing out a goalless first-half, the second forty-five saw four goals scored as the visitors went on to build a commanding lead.
It was the home side that opened the scoring when Kieran Wakefield got the better of Charlie Beckwith with an hour played, but that would be the only positive, as Bury were soon on top.
Bury's leveller came via Oliver Canfer (68') before Joe White (73') and Ryan Jolland (83') put their team into the lead, ultimately taking all three points.
Ronan Maher • Tamworth
After missing the last three weeks through injury, Ronan was named on the bench as the Lambs took on Sutton United in the National League.
Sadly for Ronan, who was introduced to the action when he replaced Ben Acquaye with twenty-two minutes of the second-half to play, the points went to the visitors.
The winning goal came via Davide Rodari, who netted just five minutes after taking to the pitch, helping the Amber and Chocolates move away from the drop zone.
