Walsall were back in Sky Bet League Two action on Saturday afternoon as they visited the Highbury Stadium and took on Fleetwood Town.
Walsall started the game brightly, but it was the home side that would take the lead as Ryan Graydon was on hand to head the ball home from a ball across the box.
The Saddlers got themselves back on level terms later in the first-half when on-loan Charlton Athletic forward Daniel Kanu grabbed his second goal in as many games.
