There are a handful of Saddlers currently out on loan, with players from the academy and first-team looking to impress and potentially force their way into Mat Sadler's first-team plans for the ongoing campaign.
Jenson Kilroy • Evesham United
Jenson was once again among the starters as Evesham played host to Gloucester City in the Southern League Premier Division South on Bank Holiday Monday.
Gloucester scored the opening goal of the game with ten minutes of the first-half played when Sion Spence slammed the ball beyond Jenson and into the back of the net.
Evesham got back into the game twenty minutes into the second half when Andre Wright scored what turned out to be the final goal of the game.
Jenson completed the full ninety minutes, and picked up a booking for time-wasting in the dying stages.
Dylan Thomas • Worcester City, Charlie Wragg • Halesowen Town
Dylan missed out, but Charlie started as Halesowen Town defeated Worcester City 3-0 in a Southern Football League Premier Division Central clash at the Grove.
The opening goal of the game went to the visitors when Felix Miles finished off a goalmouth scramble to put his side into the lead.
City doubled their lead midway through the first half when Liam Lockett, who had assisted in the opener, provided another ball into the box, which Miles was happy to put over the line.
Dan Sweeney added the visitors' third goal within sight of full-time, as the Yeltz suffered something of a heavy Bank Holiday defeat.
Charlie didn't complete the full ninety minutes, and was replaced Harry Burns with seventy-four minutes on the clock.
Levi Amantchi • Rochdale
Levi was an unused substitute as Rochdale faced Sutton United in an Enterprise National League clash at the Crown Oil Arena.
The Dale grabbed the opening goal of the game in the early stages of the second-half when Mani Dieseruvwe finished from close range.
