Daniel Cox Named in Wales U21s EURO Qualifier Squad

The young defender is set for a spell of international football.
Bescot Banter - Walsall FC NewsWalsall's on-loan Derby County defender Daniel Cox has been named in the Wales U21 squad for their opening 2027 UEFA U21 EURO qualifier against Denmark.

Named amongst a 23-man squad, the match will see the top seeds in Group I clash, with the match taking place at Newport County's Rodney Parade on Monday, 8th September.

Drawn from Pot 4 in February’s UEFA draw, Wales face a challenging five-team group that also includes Belgium, Austria, and Belarus.
