Former Walsall captain Donervon Daniels has signed for last season's National League Play-Off Final winners Oldham Athletic on a two-year deal.Joining the Saddlers from Crewe Alexandra in January 2022, Daniels has gone on to make 117 first-team appearances, though missed much of the recent campaign through injury, managing just 13 appearances before being released at the end of the campaign.
Speaking via the Latics' official website, Donervon welcomed the opportunity to join the club, he said: "I’m really pleased to get this deal done.
"Oldham is a club with a proud history and big ambitions, and after speaking to the manager, it felt like the right fit for me.
"I want to bring my experience to the group and help push the team forward this season. I’m excited for what’s ahead.
"Once I heard of the interest it was a no-brainer for me, the staff sold me on the vision here, and it’s something I really am excited about."
