Gary Waddock has been charged by the FA following an incident during Walsall's win over Morecambe.

Walsall Assistant Head Coach Gary Waddock has been charged with misconduct by the Football Association following an incident during the Saddlers' season-opening victory over Morecambe.
Waddock, who recently penned a contract extension at the Poundland Bescot Stadium, was shown a red card just before half-time with many in attendance seemingly unaware of what happened.
In a statement, released via the FA's social accounts, they said: Walsall's Gary Waddock has been charged with misconduct after their game on Saturday, 10 August, versus Morecambe in the EFL League Two.
The assistant manager allegedly acted in an improper manner and/or used abusive and/or insulting words towards a match official in the 43rd minute. Gary Waddock has until Monday, 19 August, to respond.
