Here is our latest look at how the loaned-out Saddlers are getting on during their time away from WS1.

Walsall goalkeeper George Barrett, midfielder Ronan Maher and forward Marvellous Onabirekhanlen are currently out on loan as they look to gain experience and maybe force their way into Mat Sadler's first-team plans.

OUT ON LOAN
NAME ON LOAN WITH LOAN ENDS
GEORGE BARRETT DUDLEY TOWN NOV 2023
RONAN MAHER RUSHALL OLYMPIC 6 JAN 2024
MARVELLOUS ONABIREKHANLEN CHASETOWN 6 NOV 2023

Ronan Maher's run of form shows no sign of coming to an end as he was named Man of the Match despite his Rushall Olympic side suffering a narrow defeat to Southport at Dales Lane.

The Pics, who saw Tom Tonks and Danny Waldron find the back of the net, were ultimately unable to secure any points as goals from Marcus Carver, Jack Bainbridge, and Niall Watson saw the visitors take the win, despite being pushed back by the often-rampant Pics.

Ronan played a crucial role in Waldron's goal and also saw a couple of strong efforts stopped by the defence as he couldn't quite guide Liam McDonald's side to victory.

Meanwhile, Marvellous Onabirekhanlen wasn't involved as Chasetown took on and defeated Stalybridge Celtic on Saturday afternoon.

The match was a close-run affair with only Danny Glover's 85th-minute effort separating the sides as the Scholars secured all three points.
