Congratulations to Walsall goalkeeper Owen Evans who has been named in the Football League Paper's Team of the Day following his strong showing against Stockport County on Saturday afternoon.

Conceding just one goal despite the visitors creating a hatful of chances, Evans helped the Saddlers secure their first win of the new season and climb into the top half of the Leahue Two table.
