Bescot Banter - Walsall FC NewsThe Club has confirmed that there will be a special Q&A featuring Saddlers legends ahead of Friday's pre-season friendly clash with Rochdale.

The match which is in tribute to former Walsall and Dale defender Wayne Evans, who passed away a few weeks ago, will kick-off at 7.30pm and give both sets of supporters an opportunity to pay tribute to Wayne, whilst also raising vital funds in the drive to bring him home.

Tickets, which will cost £5 and be available on a first-come-first-served basis will allow fans to gain access to our Bonser Suite, with the net proceeds from the evening going to the Wayne Evans memorial fund.

Former players include Stuart Ryder, Charlie Ntamark, Dean Keates, Chris Marsh, Adrian Viveash, Gary Birch, Wayne Thomas, Clive Platt, Jimmy Walker, and Martin O'Connor.

Supporters will also be able to purchase some food and refreshments on the day upon arrival from our snack menu and from the Bonser Suite bar.

Tickets are available for £5 and will be sold on a first come first serve basis.

Please note that access into this area is for supporters who have purchased/are purchasing tickets in the Tile Choice Main Stand only.
