Peter Clarke started and Timmy Abraham was a second-half substitute as Oldham Athletic slipped to a narrow defeat away to Eastleigh on Saturday afternoon.

Looking to build upon their recent win over Woking, the Latics were left frustrated as Danny Whitehall's second-half strike ensured victory for the home side.

Replacing Mike Fondop-Talum with six-minutes of normal time remaining, Timmy had very little opportunity to make an impact upon the scoreline as Oldham slipped to another defeat.

Joe Foulkes retained his starting spot as Kidderminster and King's Lynn Town played out a one-all draw at Aggborough in the National League North.

Winless in their last six league outings, the Harriers thought they were on the road to victory after former Saddler Ashley Hemmings opened the scoring ten-minutes into the first-half, but that wasn't to be as, following a Foukes foul inside the area, Gold Omotayo slotted home from the spot.

Sam Perry played for the full ninety-minutes as Leamington and Chester played out a goalless draw in front of 966 fans at the Your Co-Op Community Stadium.

Marvellous Onabirekhanlen was a second-half substitute as Worcester City played host to AFC Wulfrunians in the Midland Premier League.

The match was a successful one for Marv and his teammates as goals from Reiss Taylor Randle and Elliot Hartley either side of Bradley Welding's leveller secured three welcome points for City.

Shay Willock started as Worcester Raiders took on Thornbury Town at Sixways Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Shay, who was ultimately replaced by Louis Monaghan after fifty-eight minutes, was part of a winning side as goals from Bailey Fuller, Brogan Halpin, and former Walsall striker Jordan Murphy had already given the Raiders a comfortable lead.

Meanwhile, Zach Hedge wasn't able to make his Nuneaton Borough debut as their clash with Bedford Town was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
