Walsall defender Peter Clarke has been named in the Football League Paper's League Two Team of the Day following his superb performance against Newport County on Saturday afternoon.

Clarke, who was one of sixteen players to make the move to Poundland Bescot Stadium during a summer of change in WS1, has started the new season in fine form as he, and defensive colleagues Donervon Daniels and Manny Monthé has contributed to two clean sheets in as many games.
