Walsall defenders Joe Foulkes and Rollin Menayese and midfielders Sam Perry and Brendan Kiernan are currently away on loan as they look to force their way into Michael Flynn's first-team plans.

Foulkes is enjoying a second spell with Vanarama National League North with Kidderminster Harriers, whilst Menayese is with the Saddlers' League Two rivals Hartlepool United.

Sam Perry recently made the move to National League outfit Yeovil Town, as Brendan Kiernan joined newly-promoted League Two side Grimsby Town.

Sam Perry was named among the Glovers' starting eleven as they took on league-leaders Wealdstone at Grosvenor Vale on Bank Holiday Monday.

Looking to build upon Saturday's 1-0 win over Dagenham and Redbridge, Yeovil were ultimately forced to settle for a point as, despite the home side being reduced to ten men after Lewis Kinsella was shown a red card following a clash with Malachi Linton, they were unable to find a winner.

Their search for the potential match-winning goal was given a major boost in the second half when they were awarded a penalty, but Linton blazed his spot-kick over the bar, meaning the spoils were shared.

Perry, who was an apprentice at Aston Villa before joining the Saddlers' Academy in 2019, played for the first-half before being replaced by Charlie Wakefield at the break.

Joe Foulkes was named on the bench as Kidderminster made the trip to St James Park and took on Brackley Town in the National League North on Monday afternoon.

Sadly for Joe, who took the place of Krystian Pearce after 58 minutes, he and his team were unable to build upon their victory over Peterborough Sports as goals from Wes York and Jimmy Armson saw the Saints home to a welcome victory - their second in as many games as they move into a comfortable mid-table position.
