Neil McDonald Departs

There has been a departure in the wake of new Head Coach Michael Flynn's arrival.

The club has confirmed that, following the appointment of Michael Flynn as the club's new Head Coach, former assistant manager Neil McDonald has left the club.

McDonald, who joined the club alongside now former Walsall boss Matthew Taylor, took charge of last weekend's League Two triumph over Tranmere Rovers, guiding the team to their first win of 2022.
 
In a statement, published via the club's official website, they confirm; We can also now confirm that Neil McDonald has left the club.
 
We would like to thank Neil for his efforts during his time at the Banks’s Stadium and wish him well for the future. An announcement on a replacement for Neil will be made in due course.
