Walsall boss Matt Taylor has spoken to the local press and praised midfielder Liam Kinsella for his superb showing against Northampton Town on Saturday afternoon.
Kinsella, who recently returned to the starting line-up following a frustrating spell on the sidelines, was in impressive form against the Cobblers, with the Colchester-born man entering a captain's performance.
Named captain as Joss Labadie dropped to the bench, Kins was by far the best outfield player in a Walsall shirt, as he once again showed he would run through walls for his football club.
Speaking via the Express & Star, Matt said; "I thought Liam Kinsella was outstanding. He was outstanding because of nothing other than his effort, desire and determination to lead the football club.

"It was an outstanding performance, and we need more of that from other members of the squad. I just love his endeavour.
"He gives you absolutely everything he's got. That's what we need now."
