Walsall defender Joe Foulkes, who penned his first professional contract alongside Danny Coogan in June, is currently the only Saddler out on loan as he recently joined Kidderminster Harriers on a short-term deal.

Scheduled to remain with the Harriers until early January 2022, Joe made his Vanarama National League North debut as the Harriers defeated Blyth Spartans at Aggborough.

Kidderminster put in a commanding performance to win their first home game of the season as they defeated Blyth Spartans by three-goals-to-nil on Saturday afternoon.

For the second weekend running, former Saddler Ashley Hemmings and Sam Austin were on score sheet, while ex-Walsall scholar Ethan Freemantle also netted his first goal for the club at Aggborough.

Walsall defender Joe Foulkes retained his place in the starting line up and featured for the whole match as he continues to enjiy a strong start to his first spell of first-team football.
