Worksop Town v Walsall XI Has a New Date & Kick-Off Time

One of Walsall's pre-season outings has been rearranged.

The Saddlers' recently cancelled development clash with Northern Premier League Division One East side Worksop Town has a new date and kick-off time.

The match, which was due to take place on Thursday, 15th July, was called off due to a small number of positive Covid tests within the Saddlers squad, with the issue also seeing a clash with Lichfield City postponed.

However, Worksop have now confirmed a new date for the match with a Saddlers XI set to make the trip to the Tigers' Windsor Foodservice Stadium on Tuesday, 3rd August, with kick-off set to take place at 7.45pm.
