Walsall v Tranmere Rovers Has Been Rescheduled

The club have confirmed a new date for another of the Saddlers' upcoming clashes.

Walsall's upcoming Sky Bet League Two clash with Tranmere Rovers has been rearranged.

The match, which was schedule to take place at Banks's Stadium on Saturday, 13th March, was called off due to Tranmere's participation in the Papa John's Trophy Final.

The Prenton Park side booked their place in the Final by defeating Oxford United 2-0 on Tuesday evening and will now take on Sunderland at Wembley Stadium on Sunday, 14th March.

As a result the match with the Saddlers will now take place at the Banks's on Tuesday, 13th April, with kick-off scheduled for 7.00pm.
