Heading into the match on the back of last weekend's one-all draw with Stevenage, Brian Dutton's Saddlers were looking to return to winning ways as they welcomed Newport County to the Black Country.
Sadly for the Saddlers, they were unable to take even a point from their clash with the Exiles as Joss Labadie bagged the only goal of the game with nineteen minutes of the second-half remaining.
