Important Information for Season Ticket Holders Ahead of Fans' Potential Return

As the club prepares for the eventual return of fans, officials have released a statement for season ticket holders.
In preparation for supporters being able to attend matches when government restrictions allow, the club would like to ask all season ticket holders to read through the Code of Conduct which all supporters will need to adhere to when attending matches at the Banks’s Stadium.

As you are aware, Walsall is currently in Tier 3 with the Government reviewing all Tiers on 16th December. In readiness for Walsall entering in to Tier 2 at some stage, the club would ask you to assist by providing us with the following information.

The club will communicate to supporters when season ticket books and car park passes are ready for collection. At the point of collection, please bring a signed and dated copy of the Code of Conduct (which can be found here) in order to collect your books where possible.

There will be copies available at the Ticket Office at the time of collection if you do not bring this with you, but you will be required to provide us with a signed copy of the Code of Conduct for the club to be able to release the book to you. Please note that the club will only require one signed Code of Conduct per household/booking.

When season tickets are available for collection, all season tickets must be collected prior to the first matchday the club are able to allow supporters. Please note, no season tickets will be available for collection on the day of the match.

All supporters will be required to wear a face covering at all times after entering the Stadium perimeter. If you are medically exempt from wearing a face covering, please email [email protected] with your name and first line of your address by midday on Wednesday, 16th December 2020.

Please be advised that if you are medically exempt from wearing a face covering, your seating will be allocated in the St Francis Group Stand and you will be allocated with supporters who are also exempt under advice from the SGSA.
