Tom Leak Joins Bath City on Loan

A Saddlers prospect has become the first to head out on loan this season as he is set to gain some much-needed first-team football.

Walsall FC have confirmed that young defender Tom Leak has joined National League South side Bath City on a one-month youth loan.

19-year-old Leak is yet to make an appearance for the first-team so far this season and will join Jerry Gill's team to gain some valuable first team experience and is eligible to play in their match against Oxford City tonight.

Tom, a product of the Saddlers' Academy system, enjoyed a successful loan spell at Bet Victor Southern Premier South club Salisbury last season and will now test himself at National League South.
