EFL to Change How Season Ticket Holders Gain Access to iFollow Streams

There will be a change in how Season Ticket holders gain access to iFollowWalsall.
Walsall FC and the EFL have confirmed that there will be a change in how 2020/21 Season Ticket holders will access iFollowWalsall streams for the remainder of the season.

The EFL have confirmed that following issues with the promo code entry system they will be switching to a database account solution.

This solution will enable season ticket holders to simply log into their iFollowWalsall account and access the game automatically.

Supporters must ensure that their email address for their iFollowWalsall account matches the email address that the club has for you. All iFollowWalsall accounts must be registered by Monday, 26th October.

The club will be sending a database of season ticket holders’ email addresses to the EFL so they can match them to existing iFollowWalsall accounts.

The EFL intend to ingest all relevant Season Ticket holders’ emails on Thursday, 29th October ahead of the fixtures on Saturday, 31st October.

If you have any queries or do not wish for the club to share your email address with the EFL please contact the Ticket Office at Banks's Stadium on 01922 651416 or email [email protected].
