Walsall's 2020/21 Home and Away Kits Have Been Unveiled

Following a week of teasers and apparent leaks, Walsall FC have released official details of the kits the Saddlers will be wearing when the 2020/21 campaign gets underway.
Manufactured by Italian sports equipment supplier Errea, who recently came to terms on an extended deal with the club, and sponsored by Walsall's largest employer HomeServe, this season's kits are sure to get fans talking.

Both shirts will feature the Black Country flag inside the neck of the shirt. The home kit will be red with a green collar and is a throwback to previous Saddlers strips from the late 70’s and early 80’s.

The away kit features colours that are synonymous with Walsall and the Black Country. The shirt is predominantly white with a red collar and features a red and black pattern spread across the top.

Saddlers skipper James Clarke is impressed with both kits and is looking forward wearing them when League Two eventually returns.

Speaking via the club's official website, Clarke said; "I’m a big fan of both strips. They’re both really smart and I can’t wait to get back on the pitch and lead the team out in it when football returns."

HomeServe will continue as the club’s Principal Partner, sponsoring the front and back of the shirt. CEO Gregg Reed is delighted to be associated with the kit, he said; "The retro take on the new kit looks great.

"We're so proud to be a part of Walsall FC, the Black Country is a huge part of HomeServe's heritage and history and supporting the club is a big deal to us! Here's hoping this great new kit will bring Walsall FC great results and a good season. Best of luck."

Dains Accountants will be inaugural shorts sponsors for the 2020/21 season, continuing their long-standing relationship with the club having sponsored the back of a previous shirt.

Richard McNeilly, Managing Partner of Dains said; "We are thrilled to be the Walsall FC’s first shorts sponsors for the coming season.

"Throughout our relationship, we have always been open to new ways of supporting the club and 2020/21 is no exception.

"We would like to wish the Saddlers every success for the new season and hope that they can continue their fine form from the back end of last season, unfortunately interrupted through the lockdown."

Walsall CEO Stefan Gamble added; "We have had a great relationship with Dains and we are delighted to have them as our inaugural shorts sponsors.

"I’d like to thank both Dains and our Principal Partner HomeServe for the fantastic support they have given the Club over the years and particularly during these difficult times.  The synergy between our organisations and the branding on the kit really works, they look stunning."

Shirt prices are £41 for Adults, £47 for sizes 3XL-9XL and £29 for kids. Shorts are priced at £16 for Adults and £11 for Kids while socks are £9 for Adults and £7.50 for Kids. Infant kits are priced at £36 and Babies kits are £31.

Please note: The kits will officially go on sale at the Club Shop on Monday 13th July.
