STAY INtertoto Cup: Walsall Ease Through as Adebayo Hits Eight

As sport around the world continues to be on the back burner thanks to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic plenty of attention has turned to the world of eSports with players from around the globe competing in a variety of games.
Walsall FC have their very own eSports master in the shape of Elijah Adebayo with the former Fulham prospect representing the club in a duo of FIFA 20 tournaments, with the most recent competition - the STAY INtertoto Cup - seeing him crush the competition.

Following a 5-1 victory over Blackburn Rovers - midfielder Bradley Dack the man on the receiving end of Adebayo's thumping - and a 4-2 triumph over Crewe Alexandra, Elijah sat down to face Finn Harps on Friday afternoon and was able to continue his fine spell of form.

The highly-rated striker continued his unbeaten run and was able to net eight goals to Finn's two and saw his virtual Saddlers top Group M heading into the next round of the competition, with details soon to be confirmed.
