Emirates FA Cup: Walsall or Darlington Drawn at Home in the Second Round

The draw for the Second Round of this season's Emirates FA Cup competition took place earlier this evening and saw Walsall and Darlington drawn alongside the fifty-four other sides still in with a chance of securing a place in the Third Round.
Broadcast live on BBC Two and conducted by Dion Dublin and Mark Bright, the draw was held at Oaklands Park, the home ground of Chichester City - the lowest-ranked club left in the competition.

The Saddlers reached the Third Round of last season's competition - eventually succumbing to Bolton Wanderers after knocking out much-fancied Sunderland in the Second Round - will have to overcome First Round opponents Darlington in the upcoming replay, as they played out a two-all draw on Saturday afternoon.

The winner of the replay, which has been scheduled to take place live on BT Sport from the Quakers' Blackwell Meadows ground on Wednesday, 20th November, will play host to Oxford United in the Second Round.

Second Round fixtures are scheduled to take place on the weekend of Saturday, 30th November with winning clubs receiving a welcome £54,000 from The FA prize fund.
