Walsall FC have confirmed that young striker Mitchel Candlin will remain with BetVictor Southern League Central Division side Nuneaton Borough until Tuesday, 7th January as his short-term loan deal has been extended.
Stafford-born Candlin joined Boro on an initial 28-day deal last month and has gone on to make several appearances earning plenty of praise and even a Man of the Match award with his encouraging displays.
The Liberty Way side will be back in action tomorrow evening as they take on Peterborough Sports with a view to building upon last weekend's comfortable victory over Redditch.
