On Monday afternoon the club confirmed that Leigh Pomlett had taken over as Majority Shareholder and Chairman of Walsall Football Club after acquiring a 76% Majority Shareholding from Jeff Bonser, whilst also revealing that Jeff and his brother Robert had also stepped down from the Board of Directors.
