Liam, who is due to be out of contract at the end of the month, picked up last season's Young Player of the Season and Community Player of the Season as, despite being part of a team which was relegated to League Two, he enjoyed a superb campaign gaining a host of new fans and suitors alike.
Colchester-born Kinsella, who also bagged last season's Goal of the Season Award for his Cup-tie winning goal against Sunderland, is one of only two players to be offered a new deal by recently-appointed boss Darrell Clarke and is understood to be considering his options whilst enjoying a holiday with fellow Saddler, Andy Cook.
Liam's departure would leave the Saddlers a little short of midfield cover, with the likes of George Dobson, Stuart Sinclair and Alfie Bates currently signed up for the 20019/20 campaign, meaning Clarke would likely have to dip into the transfer market for more fresh legs.
Walsall will no-doubt be keen to keep hold of one of their prized assets, but face competition from clubs who can offer far more lucrative deals, meaning they'll have a nervous wait whilst Liam decides which road to take.
