Next Walsall Manager: Sunday's Updated Odds

As interim manager Martin O'Connor begins to look ahead to the Saddlers upcoming League One fixtures, EFL sponsor Sky Bet has compiled the latest odds on who is likely to take the Walsall job on a permanent basis next season.
Former Charlton Athletic, Huddersfield Town, and Southend United boss Chris Powell remains the favourite to be leading the Saddlers out at Banks's Stadium next season, the 49-year-old can be backed with odds of 7/2.

Current caretaker Martin O'Connor, who saw his side defeated by Accrington Stanley on Saturday afternoon, remains joint second favourite to take the helm, with ex-Shrewsbury Town boss Paul Hurst joining him with odds of 4/1.

Former Saddlers striker Jorge Leitáo can be backed at 16/1 whilst current Watford assistant manager Zigor Aranalde is available at 12/1. Club legend and short-term assistant David Kelly is listed at 22/1 with King of the Jungle Harry Redknapp is among a long list of outsiders priced at 33/1.

Ex-CSKA Sofia manager Nestor El Maestro remains among the more random suggestions with the 36-year-old joining Ian Sharps, Keith Hill, Lee Clark, and Steve Evans in the betting with odds of 20/1.
