Andy Cook Shortlisted for PFA's January Player of the Month Award

Walsall striker Andy Cook has been nominated for the PFA Bristol Street Motors Player of the Month for January after scoring five goals in four games during the opening month of 2019.
The 28-year-old, who scored superb solo goals against Charlton Athletic and Plymouth Argyle, either side of a match-winning hat-trick against Gillingham, is the club's top scorer, notching sixteen goals in all competitions.

Andy, who has also been shortlisted for Sky Bet League Player of the Month, is up against Luton's James Collins, and Matthew Pearson, Plymouth's Ruben Lameiras, Barnsley's Alex Mowatt, and Charlton's Ben Purrington.
