Vann and Cockerill-Mollett will join the likes of Joe Slinn, Jordon Sangha, Tobias Hayles-Docherty, and Cameron Peters in enjoying spells away from the club as they look at work their way into Dean Keates' first-team.
19-year-old Vann signed his first professional contract with the Saddlers in 2016 and has enjoyed previous loan spells with Stafford Rangers and Matlock Town.
Whilst Cockerill-Mollett, also 19, was named the club's Apprentice of the Season in the 2016/17 season, made his first team debut for the Saddlers in September 2016, and spent a two-game spell with AFC Telford United earlier this season.
Following the news of their moves the duo spoke to club journalists and welcomed the opportunity to go out on loan. Vann said; "I’m happy to go out on loan again. The manager rang me yesterday when I was at home and basically pointed out that I had the chance to go out on loan and get some minutes under my belt.
"To go out on loan again is good because I haven’t played many games this season so to go out again and play against men whilst gaining minutes on the pitch will help me with my development. I have experience of playing non-league football already so hopefully I can get into the action straight away.
"My experience at Matlock was short but I managed to stay match fit by playing games so hopefully I can continue this and play for Chasetown on Saturday."
Cockerill-Mollett added; "It's another good experience for me to go out on loan and get some more minutes under my belt. For my development, this is another step in the right direction and I can't wait to get going.
"To go there at the same time as Dan is a bonus as well because we can both help each other settle in."
