Callum Cockerill-Mollett Loan Update
Saddlers boss Dean Keates has revealed that he will be speaking with club officials at National League North side AFC Telford United with a view to extending the loan spell of left-back Callum Cockerill-Mollett.

The Leicester-born defender has made two appearances for the New Bucks Head outfit and Keates is keen to see him get more action, but will also be happy to welcome him back into the fold if the Bucks opt to go elsewhere.

The gaffer said; "He is going into his last seven days and then we’ll see how they feel regarding extending the situation. If they don’t extend it, he will come back in."

Shrewsbury Town Clash Rearranged
Following the draw for the FA Youth Cup, which will see the Saddlers take on Notts County at Banks's Stadium tomorrow evening, Walsall's Youth Alliance clash with Shrewsbury Town had to be postponed.

However, the club have now confirmed a new date for the match, so Graham Biggs's side will play host to the Shrews on Saturday, 12th January, with kick-off scheduled for 11.00am.

Walsall's youth side, which has produced many of the players who now form part of the club's first-team, play their home games at the Birmingham County FA's Headquarters, which are on Ray Hall Lane in Great Barr.

(More) Birthday Bumps 🎂
Today is summer signing Andy Cook's 28th Birthday, the Bishop Auckland-born striker, who joined the Saddlers from then-National League side Tranmere Rovers, has scored five goals in sixteen first-team appearances so far this season.
