Stratford Town Ease to Victory Over Walsall Under-18s

Graham Biggs' Walsall Under-18s were back in action on Wednesday evening as they travelled to the MoodChimp Stadium to take on Darren Byfield's Stratford Town.
The young Saddlers arrived at their midweek clash on the back of a comfortable victory over Lichfield City, as Dylan Parker's first-half hat-trick saw Walsall ease past their Midland League Division One opponents.

Our hosts had also won their most recent pre-season outing as they defeated Coleshill Town 2-1 as former Saddlers striker Darren Byfield continued to prepare his side for their upcoming Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division campaign.

Sadly for the Saddlers they were unable to build upon their recent victory over near-neighbours Lichfield as second-half goals from Nabil Shariff, Eli Bako (PEN) and Boaichi saw Stratford ease to victory against their young opponents.

Walsall Under-18s will return to action next Tuesday evening as they take on Coventry City in a match which will take place at 11.00am on the AstroTurf at Banks's Stadium.
