Walsall to Face Burton Albion in Their Final Youth Alliance Cup Group Game

Graham Biggs and his Walsall Under-18s side are back in action later today as they take on Burton Albion Under-18s in the EFL Youth Alliance Cup.

The young Saddlers haven't been in the best form so far this season and sit at the foot of their group heading into this morning's game, having won just one of their three games.

Visitors Burton Albion have also won just one of their three group games and, along with the Saddlers, have nothing but pride to play for so will be looking to end the competition with a win later this morning.

With group leaders Mansfield Town having already booked their spot in the next round there is very little for the Saddlers and Brewers to play for this morning but the match does provide both with a chance to get back to winning ways before they resume Alliance action next weekend.

Today's match will take place at the Birmingham County FA's headquarters, which is on Ray Hall Lane in Great Barr and is scheduled to kick-off at 11.00am.
