Walsall Football Club have confirmed that striker Simeon Jackson has joined Sky Bet League Two side Grimsby Town on loan for the remainder of the 2017/18 campaign.

News, released via the club's official website - Saddlers.co.uk, confirms; Walsall Football Club can confirm that striker Simeon Jackson has joined Sky Bet League Two side Grimsby Town on loan until the end of the season.

The 30-year-old Canadian international has made 10 appearances for The Saddlers this term, having scored seven goals in 42 games over the 2016/17 campaign.

Jackson joined The Saddlers after leaving Blackburn Rovers in the summer of 2016 and has also played for Barnsley, Coventry City and Millwall in recent years.
