LOAN WATCH: Butterfield Starts as The Pics Defeat the Royals

Walsall midfielders Jordon Sangha and Kacy-Milan Butterfield are currently enjoying an extended loan spell with local Evo-Stik Northern Premier League side Rushall Olympic. You can find out how they got on in their latest outing, below.

Milan Butterfield was named among the starting XI, while Jordon Sangha had to settle for a place on the bench as the Pics made the hort trip to Coles Lane where they faced rivals Sutton Coldfield Town where a late Richard Brodie penalty gave Liam McDonald's Pics all three points in an enthralling local derby at Coles Lane.

Rushall got off to a flier thanks to skipper Joe Hull, who rose up highest to nod home a 6th minute Gurjit Singh corner.

Sadly for the Pics, their lead was short lived as the scores were level again on 14 minutes courtesy of a Justin Richards penalty. The Sutton front man kept his cool to send 'keeper Jahquil Hill the wrong way.

There were no further goals in the opening half, though the home side could've taken the lead on 20 minutes when Michael Townsend nodded down a long ball for Lee Smith, whose subsequent shot went high and wide from fifteen yards out.

The Royals didn't waste any time in the second-half and would go on to take an early lead when Justin Richards glanced a header past Hill from a 47th minute corner.

The Pics kept their heads up and got their equaliser just three minutes later. New boy Josh Sarmento curled an effort off the inside of the post from twenty yards out and another debutant, Daniel Dubidat, nodded home into an empty net.

Dubidat bagged an almost identical goal in the 65th minute. This time it was Danny Waldron who saw his excellent long range effort cannon off the woodwork into the path of Dubidat, who headed over the helpless Jono Brown to make it 2-3.

Sutton grabbed their second equaliser of the game in the 72nd minute when David Howarth held the ball up in the box before squeezing a shot away. His effort deflected agonisingly out of reach of Hill and into the bottom corner.

The Pics got a dramatic late winner when Richard Brodie was taken down in the box by Jono Brown in stoppage time. The talismanic forward picked himself up to fire past the Sutton keeper to give Rushall three points.

Milan Butterfield continued to impress as he managed the full ninety minutes, but Jordon Sangha was an unused substitute as Liam McDonald opted to make use of some of his other options.
